Our Microbiology Lab is located in our corporate office in Bedford, Virginia. It is designed to allow for the simulation of restaurant conditions and to minimize the time required to move from concept to menu introduction.

Our food scientists are knowledgeable and skilled at navigating the USDA and FDA label approval processes. Additionally, they are experts in the Health benefit modification process with particular emphasis on fat, trans fat, and salt reduction.
